Raised in Merritt Island, FL, I enjoy helping businesses, startups, independent inventors, nonprofit organizations, and entrepreneurs with protecting their intellectual property. I have the legal training to assist you with any intellectual property law matter. I attended and graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. I later received a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law before moving to St. Augustine.
Since starting my career as a patent attorney in 2015, I have prosecuted hundreds of patent and trademark applications. My practice primarily consists of searching prior art and trademarks as well as submitting patent and trademark applications. I also assist clients with filing copyright applications, drafting licensing agreements, and other general legal matters, including corporate formation, drafting wills, and drafting various other contractual agreements.
