Linda Kidwell is an experienced Certified Paralegal who assists with a variety of intellectual property matters. Linda possesses outstanding administrative, organizational, and management abilities with focused attention to detail as she multi-tasks in all important areas when needed. Her outgoing personality and respect for others has allowed her to easily build relationships of trust and confidentiality.
Linda has vast experience in the legal field and client relations, each of which adds tremendous value to the firm. Linda is an honor graduate from the University of North Florida, Legal Studies Institute, and former Co-Chair of the Paralegal Steering Committee at UNF. She is a member of both the North East Florida Paralegal Association (NEFPA), and the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). She has taught one of the mandatory sections of the two-day Paralegal Review Course, presented to those candidates wishing to become nationally certified. In addition to her Paralegal certification, she also graduated with Honors when she received her Associates Degree in Business Management and Supervision, as well as successfully completing Steven Covey leadership training.
